Contact NetHourly.

Found a wrong number, a broken link, or a page that needs a correction? Send the details. We read every message, but we cannot provide payroll, legal, or tax advice for an individual dispute.

Email us

The best way to reach us is email: [email protected]. Put the topic in the subject line — for example, “Correction: 24-hour shift calculator” or “Privacy request.” That helps us route the message without asking you to repeat it.

We are a small independent site. Email is the most reliable channel. We do not offer phone support or live chat.

Report a correction

If a calculator result looks wrong, include the page URL and the exact inputs you used. For a pay page, tell us the hourly rate, hours per week, state, and pay frequency. For a 24-hour shift, tell us the shift length, sleep deduction, meal deduction, and whether you used the federal or California method. For overtime, tell us the regular rate, regular hours, overtime hours, and any differential or bonus.

Also tell us what you expected and what the page showed. A screenshot helps, but redact your name, employee ID, address, and account numbers first. If you are comparing the result to a real stub, include the gross pay and the deduction lines — not the full document.

What to include

  • The page URL and the calculator or table you used.
  • The numbers you entered and the result you saw.
  • Your state, if the question depends on state overtime or tax rules.
  • The source you are comparing against, such as a pay stub or official notice.
  • A clear subject line and a preferred reply address.

What not to send

Do not send Social Security numbers, bank account or routing numbers, full payroll stubs, medical records, or employer login credentials. We do not need them to check a calculator. If you already sent sensitive information, tell us and we will delete the message.

We cannot review your whole employment history. We can check whether a calculator follows its stated formula. We cannot decide whether your employer violated the law, calculate a settlement, or tell you whether to sign an agreement.

Response time

We aim to reply within two to three business days. Correction reports with a page URL and reproducible inputs are easiest to act on. Privacy and deletion requests may take longer if we need to verify what information we hold. We do not guarantee a response to unsolicited sales, SEO, or link-placement messages.

Pay disputes and legal questions

For an unpaid wage, overtime, or classification dispute, contact the US Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division, your state labor office, a union representative, or a qualified employment attorney. Deadlines can be short. Do not wait for a reply from a calculator site before protecting your claim.

For tax withholding questions, contact a CPA or tax preparer, or review IRS Publication 15 and the IRS Tax Withholding Estimator. NetHourly's 18% estimate is a planning number, not a tax return.
